This was worth my money. I got a medium. I am a size 185. I’m 52. I probably could’ve got a large, but this one still fits good enough. I suck my stomach in to get a good wrap, lol but I was dripping sweat when I took to walk for one hour. It’s very slim and light so it’s not a hindrance no matter where I’m wearing it or what I’m doing. It covers lower half of my belly up until my belly button because my belly is pretty big. It does not cover my entire stomach so that makes me think I should’ve got a large, but either way the bottom of my stomach is the biggest issue anyway lol

I only used it twice and want to write a follow up review in a few weeks if I remember but yes it works when I take it off so much sweat but also it keeps the sweat in the band until you take it off so that’s nice! And I just wash it in my sink and hang it up and it’s dry from my knowledge in 12 hours! Happy I got it! I just hope it works to help me loose weight in the tummy
